The world’s most critical story is the attempt by Jill Stein and her Green supporters to recount the ballots in Michigan, Wisconsin and possibly Pennsylvania.  In an election whose popular vote was won by Hillary Clinton by one of the largest margins in history (now approaching 3,000,000 votes) narrow “victories” in key swing states are poised to put a neo-fascist into the White House.

 

But as ALTERNET reporter STEVE ROSENFELD and election protection Attorney ROBERT FITRAKIS explain in devastating detail, statistically impossible discrepancies between exit polls and “official” outcomes clearly indicate yet another stolen election.

 

Stein and the Greens have raised more than $7 million in small donations to fund recounts.  But the Democratic Party has done nothing to help, and the Trump Campaign is now suing to stop them from happening.

ANOTHER STRIPPED & FLIPPED ELECTION?  We’re joined by my election theft co-author BOB FITRAKIS to sort through the rubble of the 2016 election.

For the sixth time in US history, the ELECTORAL COLLEGE has allowed the losing candidate to become president.  It worked for George W. Bush in 2000 and now it will work for Donald Trump.

Once again exit polls show the alleged loser, this time Hillary Clinton, being in fact the likely victory.

But most importantly we see the likelihood that the stripping of voter rolls rendered more than enough voters ineligible to have shifted the final outcome.

We are joined late in the show by voting rights activist Lynn Landes and CODE RED author Jon Simon for more important comment, which will be continued
as we try to make sense of how to live and make change in a country ruled by a system that nowhere nearly represents a democracy.

The death toll around DIABLO CANYON and the critical lawsuit to shut it down come to Solartopia with DR. JERRY BROWN and RINALDO BRUTOCO from the Santa Barbara-based WORLD BUSINESS ACADEMY.

 

Rinaldo and Jerry have spearheaded the Academy’s landmark legal battle to force the California State Lands Commission (SLC) to require Pacific Gas & Electric to submit the giant reactors at Diablo Canyon to an Environmental Impact Review.  The Review is mandated under the California Environmental Quality Act, signed in 1970 by then-Governor Ronald Reagan.  The reactors were recently given a free pass by the SLC on lease renewals that it needs to stay open until 2025, but without the EIRs required by law.  The Academy lawsuit is being heard in the Superior Court in Los Angeles and may eventually end up before the California Supreme Court.  

 

The Academy has also sponsored a peer-reviewed study by Dr. Chris Busby, which found high infant death rates attributed directly to routine radiation releases from Diablo Canyon.
